Diary review
Owner briefing day
A single day on the floor or in a back room, walking last season’s books with the people who already live with the diary.
Who it is for
Groups that have already had a written review and want partners, managers, or a new area lead in the same conversation.
What you leave with
A shared reading of the season, with disagreements aired in the room rather than in later emails.
Scope
One working day, up to eight people, one site.
Included
- Preparation from an existing Panel Anchorpoint pack or from a pack you supply if the figures are already agreed
- A structured walk through three weeks that matter to you
Not included
- A new full group review (book that separately)
- Evening drinks or overnight stays
Who does the work
Maren Holt.
How it runs
- We agree who is in the room and which weeks we will walk.
- The day runs 10:00 to 16:00 with a proper lunch break on the high street, not at the back sink.
