About the practice
We learned this argument in staff rooms, not in a studio far from the basins.
Panel Anchorpoint exists because group occupancy figures kept flattening the difference between a colour chair and a closed treatment room. The practice is small, based in Breighton, and travels to the high streets where the diaries actually live.
Origin
Maren Holt spent years writing rotas for a spa and salon group that stretched from York toward the coast. Head office wanted one number for the week. Reception already knew Tuesday facial books and Saturday colour were different creatures. The tension showed up in late-night emails and in therapists standing under lights that should have been off.
She set up Panel Anchorpoint from 15 Grenoble Road, Breighton, YO8 6FH, United Kingdom so owners could have that conversation with a season of books on the table, before they changed hours or added another treatment room ‘to balance the week’.
How we work
We take anonymised diary extracts. We visit when room names on the export do not match the floor. We write in salon language. We will not average a market-town bank holiday with a city colour Saturday to produce a polite slide.
We are not a software firm, a training academy, or a mystery-shopping company. If your question is really about commission splits or employment contracts, we will say so and step back.
United Kingdom
Most of our weeks are in Yorkshire and neighbouring counties. Groups further afield are ordinary work; travel is estimated in writing. The governing habits of the practice — matching menus to diary codes, keeping spa packages out of hair occupancy — do not change with the train ticket.
People
Maren Holt
Leads group reviews and owner briefings
Maren spent a decade as operations lead for a spa and salon group between York and the coast, writing rotas against diaries that never matched the story told in head office. She started Panel Anchorpoint in Breighton so group owners could have that argument with the books on the table.
Callum Price
Diary extracts and single-site shape studies
Callum learned the trade on reception in Birmingham groups where colour, nails, and a small wellness list shared one phone. He is the person who will sit with a messy export until room names match the floor.
Priya Nair
Treatment-room mix and spa menus
Priya managed treatment menus for wellness rooms attached to hair-led sites. She reads packages, facials, and massage slots as rooms with doors, not as lines on a price list.
