Refunds and cancellation
These rules apply to diary reviews, hours studies, menu readings, and owner briefing days. We do not sell retail products, courses, or software licences, so those are not covered.
Eligibility
A refund is about fees you have paid us for a named engagement. Enquiries and unread emails are not charged.
Timeframe
Ask in writing to hello@panel-anchorpoint.click as soon as you know the season cannot go ahead. We will confirm in writing within five working days what, if anything, is returnable.
Full refund
If we have not started reading extracts and you cancel more than ten working days before a booked site visit or briefing day, we refund fees paid minus a £120 administration amount for diary time already held.
Partial refund
If reading has started but no pack has been delivered, we refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent (in half-days) at the rates in the scoped note. If the pack has been delivered, the writing fee is not refundable; a remaining briefing-day fee is refundable if you cancel that day with at least five working days’ notice, minus travel already committed.
Non-refundable items
Travel and overnight costs already purchased at your request; time spent visiting a salon to reconcile room names once that visit has happened; a briefing day that you or your managers did not attend without notice (a no-show).
Deposits
The one-third deposit on a group review holds the season in our diary. It is applied to the final invoice. It follows the full and partial rules above rather than sitting in a separate ‘non-refundable’ pot, except for the £120 administration amount once we have reserved the weeks.
Rescheduling
You may move a briefing day once without charge if you give five working days’ notice and we have diary space within six weeks. Further moves may be charged a £180 rearrangement fee. Site visits follow the same notice.
Work already started
Matching messy diary codes to a menu is work. If you withdraw extracts halfway, we invoice for time spent and refund only what remains of fees paid.
Materials
Printed packs already bound for a briefing are not credited. We will still email a copy of the text if the engagement is otherwise in good standing.
Process and method
Write to hello@panel-anchorpoint.click or telephone 07006422384 stating the engagement and the dates. Refunds go back by the same bank transfer or card-from-invoice method originally used, within fourteen working days of agreement. We do not keep card numbers on this website.
Exceptions
If we cancel because of illness or travel failure, you may choose a new date at no extra fee or a full refund of unused fees including deposit. If extracts never arrive within six weeks of the deposit without explanation, we may treat the engagement as cancelled under the partial-refund rule.
