This notice explains what we hold when you write to us, send diary extracts, or visit the website. It should be read with our cookies page.
Data controller

What we collect
From the contact form or email: your name, email address, optional site count and season, the review you selected, and the message. From a paid engagement: anonymised diary extracts, room lists, menus, and notes of briefing conversations. We ask you not to send client names, addresses, or card data. If they appear, we will ask you to resend a redacted file and will delete the original when practicable.
Why we hold it
To reply to enquiries, to perform a contract for a diary review or briefing, to keep accounting records, and — if you have accepted analytics cookies — to see which journal pages are read. The lawful bases we rely on are contract, legitimate interests in running a small professional practice, legal obligation for invoices, and consent for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after eighteen months unless a conversation is clearly still open. Packs and extracts from a completed engagement are kept for six years with the invoice, then securely deleted, unless you ask for an earlier return of files (we may keep a minimal accounting stub).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use.
International transfers
We work from the United Kingdom. Email and file storage may be hosted by suppliers who process data in the European Economic Area or in the United States under a lawful transfer mechanism. We will not send salon-group extracts to a marketing list.
Site hosting
The website is a static set of pages. Form submissions in this demonstration are posted to a local mock response and are not a live inbox. For a real engagement, use hello@panel-anchorpoint.click.
