Figures below are starting points for a written estimate. Nothing is charged through this site. Travel outside Yorkshire is listed separately at cost.
From £4,800 for two sites, one season
Further sites are priced by chairs and treatment rooms, not by till turnover. If two brands sit under one owner, say so — matching menu names across brands adds time. The fee includes the pack and a half-day briefing at one site or in Breighton.
From £1,650
Eight weeks, one premises. Paper books that need two half-days at reception sit at the upper end of the range.
From £2,200
Priced for the disputed windows, not for a full group comparison. If you later want the wider season, we will not charge twice for weeks already read.
From £1,900
One published menu against one season. Groups whose diary codes drift from the laminated card should expect a site walk.
£1,100 plus travel at cost
Requires an existing pack — ours or an agreed set of figures. Up to eight people, one site, 10:00 to 16:00.
Number of sites; whether spa packages share a diary with hair; paper versus export; bank holidays you want kept visible; whether we must visit to reconcile room names. We do not offer monthly subscriptions or ‘seats’.
A group review usually asks for one-third to hold the season in our diary, with the balance before the briefing day. Single-site studies may be invoiced in full on delivery of the written shape. See refunds and cancellation for what happens if a season is called off.
