Flagship review
Group booking-trend review
A written map of how diaries fill — and stall — across every salon or spa in a group, using a shared season rather than a single busy Saturday.
Who it is for
Owners and area managers of multi-site hair, beauty, and wellness groups in the United Kingdom who already keep electronic or paper diaries but cannot see the same week across towns.
What you leave with
A bound briefing pack that shows, site by site, which days carry the group, which treatment rooms sit quiet after lunch, and where no-shows cluster around colour, nails, or spa packages.
Scope
One trading season (typically twelve weeks) across all participating sites, with a single comparison week chosen with you so bank holidays and local events do not distort the picture.
Included
- Collection of anonymised diary extracts or exports you already hold — we do not need card details or client names
- A site-by-site occupancy sketch for chairs, treatment rooms, and nail bars
- A treatment-mix note: colour versus cut, facial versus massage, retail add-ons that travel with the booking
- A no-show and late-cancel pattern for the season, split by weekday and by service family
- A half-day owner briefing at one of your salons or at our Breighton rooms
- A one-page action list written in salon language, not a slide deck of charts
Not included
- Rewriting your booking software or training reception on a new system
- Mystery shopping or staff performance reviews
- Payroll, commission, or rent negotiations
- Ongoing monthly retainers unless separately agreed after the briefing
Who does the work
Maren Holt leads every group review, with Callum Price preparing the diary extracts and Priya Nair reading treatment-room mix for spa and beauty floors.
How it runs
- A short call to agree sites, the season, and what ‘full’ means in each room — a colour chair is not a facial bed.
- You send diary extracts. We visit two sites if the paper trail is messy or if rooms are named differently on each high street.
- We draft the pack. You correct names, room counts, and any local quirks (market day, college term, race week).
- We present on the salon floor or in a quiet office, walking the week as a receptionist would, not as a board paper.
Timing
Four to six weeks from a complete set of extracts to the briefing day. Site visits, if needed, sit in week two.
Where
Remote reading of diaries, plus travel to your salons anywhere in the United Kingdom. Briefings are held at a flagship site or at 15 Grenoble Road, Breighton, YO8 6FH, United Kingdom.
What to prepare
Appoint one person who can export or photocopy diaries without client addresses. Tell us opening hours, room counts, and which services you refuse to move (for example, Sunday bridal hair).
Limits
We will not work from screenshots of individual client cards. Groups with fewer than two sites are better served by the single-salon diary-shape study.
Fees
From £4,800 for two sites in one season. Additional sites are priced by room count, not by turnover. Travel outside Yorkshire is billed at cost after a written estimate.
Rates are informational. There is no payment on this site. See the rates page for how estimates are built.
Next step
Write to us with the number of sites and the season you want read. We will reply with a scoped note before any visit is booked.
